Returns and Exchanges Policy

We make most items one-by-one. We do not accept returns or refunds on custom items. We exchange items only if they arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective.

Exchange window
• 30 days from delivery.

What qualifies
• Misprint, damage in transit, or manufacturing defect.
• Same item exchange for the same size and color when available. If discontinued, we will send an equivalent replacement.

What does not qualify
• Buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, or color preference.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Items damaged after delivery.

How to request an exchange
• Email support@stashbox.ai within 30 days. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• We review your request within 2 business days and send a prepaid return label if approved.

• By mail.
• Free return shipping for approved exchanges.
