Shipping policy
How we fulfill
• Every item is made to order through Printify production partners.
• Production starts after payment clears.
Processing time
• 2–5 business days for most items.
• Large or complex items 3–7 business days.
Estimated delivery time (after processing)
• USA Only: 3–7 business days
Shipping rates
• Calculated at checkout by destination, item, and provider.
• Some orders ship in multiple packages at no extra cost.
Tracking
• Tracking link sent by email when the order ships.
• Tracking updates appear 24–48 hours after carrier pickup.
Split shipments
• Items in the same order can ship from different facilities and arrive separately.
Address changes
• Enter the correct address at checkout.
• Contact support within 12 hours of ordering for corrections. Shipped orders cannot be rerouted.
Undeliverable or returned to sender
• Orders returned due to wrong or incomplete addresses ship again after you confirm a corrected address and a new shipping fee.
Holiday periods and weather
• Carriers experience delays during peak seasons or severe weather. Delivery windows extend accordingly.
Order issues on arrival
• Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item received. Email support within 30 days with photos and your order number. We will replace it.
• Non-defective items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
