How we fulfill

β€’ Production starts after payment clears.

Processing time
β€’ 2–5 business days for most items.
β€’ Large or complex items 3–7 business days.

Estimated delivery time (after processing)
β€’ USA Only: 3–7 business days

Shipping rates
β€’ Calculated at checkout by destination, item, and provider.
β€’ Some orders ship in multiple packages at no extra cost.

Tracking
β€’ Tracking link sent by email when the order ships.
β€’ Tracking updates appear 24–48 hours after carrier pickup.

Split shipments
β€’ Items in the same order can ship from different facilities and arrive separately.

Address changes
β€’ Enter the correct address at checkout.
β€’ Contact support within 12 hours of ordering for corrections. Shipped orders cannot be rerouted.

Undeliverable or returned to sender
β€’ Orders returned due to wrong or incomplete addresses ship again after you confirm a corrected address and a new shipping fee.

Holiday periods and weather
β€’ Carriers experience delays during peak seasons or severe weather. Delivery windows extend accordingly.

Order issues on arrival
β€’ Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item received. Email support within 30 days with photos and your order number. We will replace it.
β€’ Non-defective items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
