Processing time

β’ Large or complex items 3β7 business days.

Shipping rates
β’ Calculated at checkout by destination, item, and provider.
β’ Some orders ship in multiple packages at no extra cost.
Tracking
β’ Tracking link sent by email when the order ships.
β’ Tracking updates appear 24β48 hours after carrier pickup.
Split shipments
β’ Items in the same order can ship from different facilities and arrive separately.
Address changes
β’ Enter the correct address at checkout.
β’ Contact support within 12 hours of ordering for corrections. Shipped orders cannot be rerouted.
Undeliverable or returned to sender
β’ Orders returned due to wrong or incomplete addresses ship again after you confirm a corrected address and a new shipping fee.
Holiday periods and weather
β’ Carriers experience delays during peak seasons or severe weather. Delivery windows extend accordingly.
Order issues on arrival
β’ Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item received. Email support within 30 days with photos and your order number. We will replace it.
β’ Non-defective items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
